My name is Rishi Raj and I'm filmmaker with over a decade of experience.
My film career started with making short films and videos with my family and friends during my early teenage years in Atlanta, GA. When I entered college at Georgia Tech, I started participating in filmmaking competitions and taking on freelance video work.
After graduating, I moved to the Seattle area in 2019 where I currently reside. I primarily focus on directing and screenwriting. However, I have worked as a screenwriter, cinematographer, assistant director, and editor for numerous productions over the years.
My films have been screened at the HollyShorts Film Festival, the Cannes Film Festival (2019, 2023), Filmapalooza (2020, 2023, 2024), The Summit, The West Sound Film Festival, Panic Fest, and the Atlanta Indian Film Festival.
